I cannot reach http://mlra.org from my Comcast cable connection, but can from my AT&T iPhone. When I Ping or nslookup http://mlra.org from Comcast, it shows a different ip address from when I do it from AT&T, or look it up on the Internet.
I assume the Comcast DNS server has the wrong information. How does one go about getting this corrected?

Thanks for pointing that out, the problem is that their hosting provider has not set up their NS records properly, we have a request out to them detailing the problem and how to fix it. I will get back with you after we have worked with them on a fix.
Thanks,
John

It appears that you were correct. The hosting provider informed our webmaster to change the nameservers, and about an hour after she did, the web page worked again.
Thank you for your response and help.
