I've been plagued with outages in Chicago since early June. It's nice that they credit my account for the day's fees, but that doesn't get my work done. I work from home and have been down at least 5 times over the past week. Try customer service and all they want to do is have you recycle your modem. When that's finished, they'll tell you that there's an outage with crews working to solve the problem. That's when I start thinking about that clip of their worker asleep on that guys couch. Comcast's poor service **bleep** even if their commercials tell you otherwise.
