Comcast unable to provision modem

I've called tech support about 20 times and they cannot seem to provision my modem no matter what they try.  I have the Extreme package but they cannot get it to update to my modem no matter what.  Is there a way for me to SSH or upload the correct file? I have a tech coming out later in the week but I'd be more than glad to do this myself if I'm given some direction.  Here are some of the numbers that might help.  I do have the daily password for Advanced as well if anyone needs to see those settings/files.

FWIW, the stats that can be read at the modem are o/k. The end user can't update a config file for a modem. It must be done by the ISP. Looks like you may still have a Blast config. Ever try using the recessed reset button on the rear ? This can sometimes help pull a new config.

Re: Comcast unable to provision modem

It is in a recessed hole on the rear. You'll need something like the tip of a pen. While the modem is powered up, depress and hold it in until you see the front panel indicator lights begin to cycle, then release it. Now give it the time that it needs to re-sync with the system then check your speeds again. Remember that the new config file for it has to actually be present on the system for this to work. Good luck with it !
