Recently i received a ltr from comcast telling me that my Digiyal Internet & Voice modem may not be able to receive the full range of speeds available with Xfinity internet. I tried to log on to www.comcast.com/device upgrade to order a self-installation kit for my modem, but have experienced problems with the directions for ordering this kit. Please provide me with the kit or schedule a service reo to come into my home and check my current modem.
