Hi , I am having an issue with a bank of america website. I cannot connect any of my Xfinity pc's to www.bankofamerica.com/cashpay but my android tablet can. I tried turning off my norton security software but nothing seems to help. I ran tracert and it could not resolve the address. Does anyone have any ideas?
I need to use this website.
Thanks,
Bill May

Also, clear your browser cache. i just tried your link with Internet Explorer Version 9 and went right to it.
Have you been able to get to it in the past? Made any changes to your Security settings?

Are you using a Arris modem or gateway
04-14-2012 08:08 AM
I am using a Motorola SB6120 modem and a cisco router. Thank you for replying. However I have resolved my issue by resetting IE9. Some extension was autofilling passwords but stopped after I reset.
Thank all for their help.
Best regards,
Bill May
