Please help! I've been fighting with this for 3 days so far. I'll be on the internet for 10-15 minutes, and then I recieve a triangle with an exclamation point on my wireless signal in my taskbar/tray. Sometimes, I can disconnect and reconnect and it will allow me to go back on the internet. More often though, I have to re-start my laptop. I've done this well over 30 times so far. This happens when i'm both streaming and not. I bought a new router, thinking that was the problem and it was not. I restarted the modem and it appears to be fine as well. I contacted customer service and they sent a "boost" and that didn't resolve this issues either. In fact, as I am typing this, I have lost signal again. I actually had to copy this so that I could keep the verbiage while I restarted my computer. This is not a hardware issue on our side. I've read multiple users having this issue nationwide in the past couple days as well. I'm computer savvy, so I know what to do to restart everything and it's still not working. Please help!

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here; http://192.168.100.1
Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.
