I have a new Motorola SURFboard SB6121 that for the first day worked great. Now my upload speed is slow or not working at all. I dont know how much this info below will help solve the problem but tech support has not been able to help me at all. At the moment they are "watching my connection speeds."
Upstream Signal to Noise Ratio Unknown great tech support 29.5
Upstream Receive Power 0.0 dBmV
Downstream Bonding Channel Value

There does not seem to be any obvious problems on your end. I'm not sure there is much advice we can offer you other than "call for a tech".
Connection and trouble shooting tips (How to check signal levels.) . Info you should post to get help.

So you can't help me? This seems to be a known issue with this modem from what I can find online.

Yes I can but I need some modem info. Send me an email with the modem MAC.

I have the same issue. Just connected the SB6121 today. Download speed doubled from 12 to 24 Mbps, but upload decreased from 3.5 Mb down to .75. I have sent an email to Steve with the MAC address

Didn't get a reply from Steve, but 2 days after my post, my upload is back to 3+ Mb/sec. YAY!
