Hard to say right now, Comcast are in the middle of upgrading Performance. Could be be 15/2 rising to 25/4 with Powerboost. Or 20/4 with no Powerboost.

I have Performance with PowerBoost. Please explain Burst size and Shaping rate.

The shaping rate is the sustained speeds after the Powerboost short lived speed burst expires / wears off. The estimated capacity is the Powerboost assisted speeds. The burst size is basically the size of the file (packet train) used to differentiate between these two properties. You have around 20/2 sustained and around 25/4 Powerboost speeds.
