Same exact problem here... was fine, now I'm getting no better than 20/4 (on my 50/10 Extreme account). What gives Comcast?

That sounds like for some reason the modem may now have a "Blast" configuration file loaded in it. Try calling in to confirm the the correct config file for the "Extreme tier" has been pushed.
