I have a Motorola surfboard SB5100. Comcast says that they have provisioned my modem yet still no internet access. All lights lit green except online light just flashes green. Anyone with the same experience or solution please send advice.

The "Online" light should be solid and not flashing for the modem to be fully in sync mode with the system. Perhaps you have a signal out of spec issue or the modem itself is malfunctioning. Have you called this in ?
