I am in Savannah, GA and have not had working Internet since Wednesday afternoon. Everytime I call in, the automated recording says there is a known outage and engineers are working on it. When I reach the operator to try and get more information, they claim that they see no outage and the network help page doesn't show an outage for this area. Friends I know with Comcast in the area also do not have Internet connectivity. Is there any way to get a straight answer about this problem, whether it exists, and how long it will take to resolve?
