Although that modem has not yet been classified as being "end of life" on their Approved Modem's List,
you may want to consider swapping it out for one that is more current as it is only DOCSIS 1.1 capable. Are you renting it from them ? If so, try asking for a swap to DOCSIS 3 capable modem.
