modem help

I would like to add a tv in my office. Right now my modem is plugged into the cable outlet in that room. How would i get cable to my tv in this room

Provided that the RF signals / connection quality is adequate to allow for the additional attenuation that will be introduced by a splitter, you will need a two way coax cable splitter such as this one and a short piece of RG-59 coax cable jumper with fittings on both ends;

If you post the modem's signal stats we can have a look and advice whether or not you have enough signal. Try getting them here; http://192.168.100.1

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.
