Is Comcast having issues with their bandwidth meter that tells a user how much of their cap limit (250gb) they have used? I went into my account and the usual place to see this metter (user settings) and my bandwidth meter window is no longer there. Just curious.

Call in and tell them this and ask them to reprovision your modem. The meter is tied to the modem. You recently changed yours. That'll do it.
