Why is Comcast having such difficulty with this XFinity rollout? My internet service has been intermittent for three days. Calling Comcast is useless because you can't reach anyone. Their recording basically says, yeah we're having a problem so reboot your modem. That's great service!
When will Comcast start acting like a company that's interested in providing professional customer service?

I don't know what's going on but I'm having a lot of trouble too.
I'm mad as well because I called about it the first day it happened and they told me I needed a new modem AND THEN a new router. I bought both, which I didn't even need.
Around here it is every single day in the afternoon. It's getting old.
