Hi I keep trying to call in to make payment since for some reason I cannot use the internet to make my payment. I have always paid online and now it won't work.
Any suggestion? When I call in it is so muffled I cannot understand the automated system.

What happens when you sign I. With your primary username and password and go to Customer Central to pay your ill online? Please be specific.
Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

Thanks for your reply when I go online to process my payment with my visa card is stays on next and doesn't confirm the payment and won't process it. I have Windows 8 which I am seeing was a mistake since it doesn't seem to work properly. I don't know if my setting are causing the problem or Windows 8 is part of the issue.
Also as a retired employee of Comcast I am very versed in xfinity internet and all other products. I would like to know if this possibly could be due to Windows 8 as I have tried to reinstall Windows 7 with no success.
