It's a known issue.

 

If this is happening to you, call customer support and ask the agent to create an "equipment research ER ticket". They will be able to provide you with a reference number. The issue will be corrected within 14 days.

If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, contact Comcast Corporate Customer Service (we_can_help@cable.comcast.com).
