hello i recently canceled my comcast cable tv . just have internet blast my own modenm so my bill should be around 75.oo dollars a month. I was on auto pay and i got billed for a
XFINITY TV 148.13
XFINITY Internet 58.95
Taxes, Surcharges & Fees 2.16
Total New Charges $209.24 I returned all my boxes on 6- 01- 12 i canceled my tv because of your HD FEE and have satleite which i have on more tvs and im getting more for my money even with comcast internet . I still save 55. dollars a month . But now this well time to look for a reliable internet company comcast you are to big . you are a bully .

Well i called and explained about my bill and i will be charged the 209.24 on my credit card . when i should have been billed around 75.00 for my internet service. Who are you comcast . i will be credited in the future on new bills , screw you you are nothing but a bully, and from what i read on the forums the truth is comming out and how screwed up you are.and now i read you are not going to charge people the 3 -D fee, lmao .i posted that a while back about your HD fee . CROOKS IS WHAT YOU ARE . STEALING YEAH IM MAD AND HAVE EVRY RIGHT TO BE

Account number;

If you have HD service you pay the HD technology fee. Every single comcast customer who has HD pays that it is not specific to just you. 3D is free from comcast also.

TY for link . I sent them an email also i saw this as a billing forum , but i guess now the cat is out of the bag from one customer to another . I understand the hd fee and not specific to me

well the link worked. i spoke to someone from comcast corporate and they took care of everything , They are going to refund the differnce on my creditcard about 130.00 .then things should be back to normal, and ty you again for link.

I AM HAVNG PROBLEMS WITH MY BILLING ALSO!
AM GOING TO CANCEL MY COMCAST AND NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN !
CANT GET ANYTHING DONE BY SUPPORT ONLINE HERE.
SOME KIND OF XINITY CHARGE FOR $79.00 + MONTHLY CHARGE FOR 34.95 ( HEARD ITS GONE UP) AND THEN $30 CHARGE FOR RETURNED CHECK ( PAID BY DEBIT CARD AUGUST & IT WENT RIGHT THRU ) ALL TOTAL=$163.00.
PS: WONDER HOW MANY PEOPLE PAY THEIR BILL BY AUTOPAY AND NEVER SEE THESE XTRA CHARGES?
I WAS WARNED ABOUT COMCAST BY SEVEREAL PEOPLE AND DIDN'T LISTEN..
