Bill is ridiculous!

I have been a comcast customer for years now.  I have called multiple times to try to figure out how to get my bill reduced.  After getting the run around every time, I would just give up.  I have two HD boxes, one with DVR, I have phone, internet, and cable - NO movie channels, NO extras.  My bill is about $200/mo consistantly.  After speaking to other people who have surpassed their inital contracts - they are paying almost $60 or more less then me a month with MORE HD boxes, and ALL the movie channels.  Are you kidding me?  How is this fair practice for this company?  I've had so many issues with my cable boxes with them in the past too and the only way to get them replaced is for me to go pick them up, or they can charge me to send a new one to me when it is THEIR faulty product to begin with.  So right now, because of time constraints, I just have to deal with resetting my cable box ALL THE TIME.  If I can't find a way to re-negotiate the unfair rates that I am being billed, I will be dropping this incredibly horrible service all together
