So why did my bill jump from $29.99 to $59.99? If you can't put me back on your promotion package I am going to go with another company. In the past I had over 20 properties with your company. This is totally unacceptable and I can't afford to continue paying those high amounts. Don't think you want to lose me as a customer.
this is mostly a user to user forum. No one here can assist you with that. You need to call comcast and try to get back into a promotion or ask them if there is anyway you can lower your bill. One thing you can do is take your last bill and compare it to the new higher bill and see what changed.
