For some reason I was charged $50 for a service fee when a tech had to come out and fix my internet service!!!! It looked as though they credited the amount but now it is back on my statement. How on earth can you charge a service fee to fix your internet issues???
you own the lines inside your house. Unless it was an issue outside the home or a problem with the modem you will be charged. you should get the maintenance plan comcast offers that way your calls are free.
