I don't understand why I should be charged for a service fee when the problem wasn't mine to begin with. It was Comcast's fault that my box wasn't working correctly to begin with. I wasn't able to use my cable, was still being charged for it, and it doesn't seem like anyone will help. This is poor service. I've been trying to get this issue taken care of and it still hasn't been done.

Not only am I upset that I'm still being charged for a full months bill even though I was having so much trouble with my box, I'm now having to pay a service charge because a tech had to come out to my house and fix a mistake the last guy made.

I've already spoken to Comcast over the phone and I talked to the tech. I want this fixed and I'm tired of getting the run-around.
