Don't see my credit for $20.00 for the missed inhome appointment originally scheduled for 3/28 and your team didn't show because they called the wrong telephone number. When I called on 3/28 to see where your service rep was coming they said that they called and no one was home. I was home and they call incorrect telephone number. Resched was supposed to come back that night, they never called or came back. Finally showed on Saturday, March 30, 2013, however in the meantime call center was going to issue me a $20.00 credit for the missed appointment.

Call 1-800 comcast and speak with someone about not having received the credit yet. If you don't get it, then send an email to the We Can Help Team for further assistance.
