Received the following today in my e-mail:
Your Jan 20, 2012 Comcast billing statement is ready for viewing. To view your bill, go to http://www.comcast.com/payonline . Enter your User Name and Password, and from the next screen select GO from the VIEW YOUR BILL option.
Went to http://www.comcast.com/payonline and logged in an was presented with last months bill. My Jan 20, 2012 bill was not in the list available for viewing...
What happened to my January bill??

It sounds to me as though the email was sent before the billing system has updated. I would try again in a day or so.
Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

I cannot open the page to see my statement.
As soon as I press Register now, an add appears
and throws me out. Please, help
