Customer appreciation

I see all the time you have introductory offers. I was wondering if you ever thought of rewarding your loyal customers. Actually I have been a customer of yours (under your various names) for 30 years. I actually have never been happy with the cost but I am faithful person. 

I suggest to you a program were after a certain time you lower the rate a certain amount and do this on a regular basis, much like "Boost Mobil" does with its plan. Or maybe after a certain time you stop paying for the remote or box. I think it will keep your present customers and entice others to come aboard. What do you think?

Please consider a mothly charge for on line viewing and devises with out tv sevice. I internet service with comcast but will not ever get cable tv again. Depending on the price I would consider geting online viewing.
