Hey guys,
i have had no issues to complain about with Comcast until today. I've moved into a location that already has Comcast, not to mention more service than I'm paying for now. I was told that "Sorry, you have to pay an early termination fee even if there is already service there." Is this even legal? If you move out of service range you don't have to pay one, moving into a place with service already is the exact same thing. I can't transfer my service to that location nor can the current occupant get rid of their service and let me transfer it because they're under contract too.
All i can say is if this is the case Comcast will not be my next broadband provider when I am back to paying for it on my own in the future.
