FCC Regulation Message When Logging In

I cannot view my bill or navigate the site properly because i keep getting a message tht the FCC requires a pin and security question but it doesnt give me instruction on how to do it. Ive called n chatted with a rep but no one has been able to help me.

Don't waist your time with the useless on line chat.

This should tell you what you need to do for your pin.

If that does not help then do this:

You can send an email to the We Can Help Team (all what they do is pass the buck to a regional manager):

 

We_can_help@cable.comcast.com

 

Include:  account holder's name, service address, account number, daytime phone, description of the problem.
