I have received a LARGE bill increase that occured about 2 months ago and I didn't recieve a notice about why this changed or that it was going to change. I have payments sent I now have overdue amounts on the bill. Please explain and waive the late charge.

You will need to call 1-800 comcast and speak with someone in the Billing Department.
The Forums are monitored primarily by fellow Users like yourself. We do not have any account access and cannot help you.
If a Comcast employee posts in the Forums, their Username is always in RED text.
If you received a substantial increase, it COULD be that you were in a promotion that has since ended. The Billing Department can answer you about all of this.

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
