This message is to comcast. So listen up and take note. You guys keep asking me to go green by having my bill sent electronically and my response to that is....I will go green when you take a dollar or two off of my bill for doing so. Doing this will obviously save you money, so in return you need to spread the savings on to your customers. I know this is possible because State Farm does this for their customers. Its a two-way street comcast, you scratch my back and I will scratch yours. I think that is fair. I would love to hear your response to this letter.

With Comcast Ebill is not an exact science. To many people sign up for it and NEVER get the email notification that the bill is ready to view. Why sign up for something that may not get delivered?
As for a discount, I'd like one for paying my bill with CASH. It's put in a drawer. No one has to submit a check or credit/debit card for payment. Cash doesn't bounce so no human is needed for whatever they have to do when a check bounces. I'm making it easy for them AND saving them labor costs.
Why should you be privileged and not others? A whole dollar off your bill-wow that's $12 a year. At the end of the year you can buy a couple of Big Mac meals and have a little bit left over.
If I used Ebill I'd have to use paper to print out a copy of my bill for the file cabinet. Paper bill in my mailbox or print it out-either way paper is involved. What's the point of going paperless when one wants to print out the bill?
