This company is such a joke!! I have been waiting months for a $115 credit on my account. My wife has called numerous times, I have called numerous times. We are often hung up on or the representive says she/he is so sorry for the delay but whoever I last spoke to never put the ticket in, or never made a note or some other stupid excuse. We called again last week, got a ticket number and were told someone would call us Monday. It's Wednesday, no call! Supposedly we are supposed to have the credit by tomorrow but as of right now we arent seeing it.
They lied and said it was free installation twice when I talked to them and then charged us for it. I want the credit on my account, this is getting ridiculous. Everyone I talk to is incompetent. So many intellegent people cant find jobs and then comcast hires all these stupid people who have no idea what they are doing.
