I am a long time customer with Comcast and I am being charged more than new customers even though I have been loyal. Usually I get a promotion for having the basic tv service along with performance internet but I have to keep calling every time to get it reinstated. Why? You guys know I'm still a customer. What good does it do me to threaten to leave, it's not going to happen because I have no choice. Comcast is the only service provider in my area. Each month I pay Comcast an extra twenty-five dollar charge for TV service I never use.
Mainly this is because if I went with just internet you would screw me over with a +$60 charge. So back to the $25. Those twenty-five are then bundled with the discounted internet bill, I can deal with that. Everyone knows this is hardly the best way to bundle services for your customers but it is what it is. Now today I'm not getting that promo (even though my bill isn't out yet) so I have to call once more just to fish for another promotion I might be eligible for. Seriously I have been using Comcast since I first moved to the US on 2005. I'd like my, or really some kind of promotion back.

Comcast is a terrible company with terrible customer appreciation and customer service, I'm not sure what else you would expect?
