I fell like I am being punished for being a loyal customer!!!!
I'm in the same position as you where I am also a long time customer. I've had the triple-play package for years since it was available in my area. Unfortunately, my monthly bill has steadily risen to $180.00, after fees & taxes, a month. (I only have Showtime)
I no longer use the voice line as my husband and I only use our cellphones as our main source of contact with friends and family. I've tried to work with various Comcast customer service representatives to adjust my package so I can have the Digital Voice option removed from my plan. But everytime time I've tried I've been told that monthly bill would only INCREASE from $180 if I were to cancel Digital Voice.
When I go to my local paymnet center the employees always tell me to call customer care. "They offer 89.99 double play deals" but when I call they tell me I am not eligible for any discounts.
I find that to be not only absurd, but insulting as well. I think my only option is cancel my service to only the High Speed Internet and switch to Direct TV.
Again, I'm glad you were able to be helped. But it seems that you're the rare exception.

Check under Deals then select double play package when signed in . If Comcast does not honor that price contact local comcast franchise authority for your state . Next the BBB and finally the FCC .
Signed into my account i saw offer for 79.95 blast internet and digital economy tv . I went threw the process of entering all info . Then to chat agent who then said im sorry thats not available in your area . It took some time but comcast finally honored that price .
