I just want to upgrade

I have spent 4 hours trying to upgrade my services.  I have been transfered twice & disconnected on 2 chats.  I had another chat transfer me to billing who in turn wanted to transfer me back to sales.  I connected to an outsourced person sho pulled up the wrong account only to tell me to call a dept who is closed for the day.  This is VERY frustrating.
