My billing appears to be a little jumbled. Last month my bill was $113.82 My confirmation number is 1135406962. I paid it on line it has yet to charge my account. Now I have a bill for $390.
I just don't get it. Why am I being penalized for mistakes your company has made. Now I'm not prepared to pay $390.00 for cable that is outrageous.......
Please there must be someone within your company that has the voice of reason and can resolve this matter before I scrap all of my ties with comcast.

Have you called 1-800 comcast and spoken with anyone in the billing Department?
Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
