Has anyone seen this charge (Internet Service below) on the monthly statement ?
Modem Lease Fee 07/28 - 08/27 7.00
High Speed Internet 07/28 - 08/27 62.95
Internet Service 07/28 - 08/27 10.00
I currently have Blast tier internet service only (@62.95) and lease the modem from Comcast. What is this fee and service it is charging for ? Thanks,

The "Blast" is what Comcast calls their upgraded high speed internet. Your paying an extra $10 bucks a month to get double the speed. Well, thats what they claim when they sell it to you. I have the blast added to my service as well. To me it's worth the extra ten bucks. I'm not happy with all the disconnects/modem freezes I've been getting though. They should compensate ten bucks a month for all the resets I've had to do.
