Hi,
I recently changed my package to the XF Digital Preferred for 119.00/month and was wondering if discontinuing the service altogether would cause me to receive an early termination fee--not sure if this would be considered some type of contract.
Thanks,
Theresa

Contracts are usually for NEW customers and only if they decide to sign up for service under contract in order to get a prepaid Visa card as a reward for signing up with Comcast.
(the same deals are available at the same price without a contract but no Visa card incentive).
If you switched it is unlikely that you are under contract. But with Comcast one never knows so you would have to call and ask.
