I will be getting rid of Comcast as soon as I can find the time to get another service. I was misled by a phone call about the cost of bundling services. Found out later that it would be $30-$40 more than was discussed, but they are sorry I was misinformed. Really? Then the cost ended up even higher than that when all was said and done. They are always sorry that I was misinformed. Plus my internet does not work half the time, but I am still expected to pay for it.
They have gone up on thousands of people's bills with know reason but to make more money. I got a contract in writing saying how much I'm supposed to pay. They don't care! They went up $25 anyway. You have no choice but to change service. Good luck!
