Just happened to me too. I hope my payment didn't go through because I tried to submit it more than once! My boyfriend just tried it and it worked for him though so I have no idea.

I paid my bill online March 2nd and it still has not come out of my account. It shows paid but it has never taken this long. I can never get through on the phone! Almost as hard as getting On Demand to work..

I've had the same problem for months...I've talked to "support"...absolutely no help at all! I don't believe even COMCAST knows the problem...this started happening after the switch to Xfinity.

I tried to pay online last night and received an error message, also advising me not to try again or I might be double charged. I was instructed to call support but have not as yet. First time I've had this problem.
