Payment History

I find it interesting that the Current Payment History Forum has been locked.  Could it be that was done because it contains negative comments.

I, too, just spent 20 minutes trying to find a payment history area of the website until I finally went to the old Forum and saw that there is no such thing on this website.

I have an issue with my bill and wanted to see what happened to last month's payment.

I find it fascinating that a company this large does not staff a 24 hr Help Desk like all the other "big guys" do!

I work long days and pay my bills in the late evening.  It doesn't help that no one is there.

Please put your customers first Comcast.  Your rates keep increasing, so should your Customer Service.

The assistents from billing help desk are the worst that I saw in all my life.

I was more than one hour with a stupid guy and he didn't solve my problem...... He didn't want to understand my problem. His answers were standard answers.

comcast is open 24x7 but not billing.  You are right there is not a payment area where  you can see passed payments but you can go back and see all your bills in the billing section of the website.

Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

Looking at the .pdf won't give any information about what happened to the payment.

 

I do agree that the billing dept. hours need to be changed. People do have billing issues 24/7.

 

Comcast used to have a payment history section long ago. One day it disappeared, never to be seen again. Over the years there have been requests to add it back but so far pleas have fallen on deaf ears.

 

Comcast is making changes to Customer Central.

 

"We're turning Customer Central into My Account, where managing your account and payments will be easier than ever. These updates are coming soon — here are some highlights of the changes we're making."

 

"Easier payments

See your balance, make a one-time payment, sign up for automatic payments, or check out a detailed record of charges and payments with one click."

 

I hope this means that feature will be restored. No clue what definition of "SOON" Comcast uses. (I received an email about this "soon" to be change on July 9th)

Hi,

I am having the same issue right now and extremley frustrated as I cannot see what has happened as to why my bill is much higher then it should be and the billing period as what they are stating to pay is not accurate!! I am with you and will definetly complain, as I refuse to pay for something I cannot view and have the right to view before paying! We should all file complaints with the BBB. Good luck to you!
