Hi,
I am not able to do payments becasue the Comcase website isn't working for me. Upon calling customer support centre the call is put on hold for over 45-50 minutes every time.
Can somebody from support team get in touch with me to get the payment done.
I have been trying to access since past over 2 weeks and this is very frustrating!!

this is a user to user forum, you need to call comcast and ask for billing, or send a check or use your banks online bill pay, there are many other ways to pay than on comcasts website.
