I personally am VERY  disappointed with Comcast in general-one operator tells you this-then the next tells you that-we just had $8.00 tacked on our bill for PPV-which we`ll NEVER use and they have the odassity to say it`s a one time billing???They were going to charge $5.00 more if in my name instead of my husbands.They also charged us $150.00 to install and WE did all the work-no I don`t think their business ethics are the greatest-if we had a choice-we`d switch.Good luck-yikes-if I`d have learnt there was a rats nest-I`d have probably thanked them for cleaning it up!!!!!!Good luck!!!
