Return kit needed

Hi,

Is it possible to get a return kit mailed to my current address? Just moved out of my apartment and need to return the modem ASAP, but unfortunately there aren't any centers nearby. It would be more convenient for me to mail it.

Thanks!

Sure just call 1800comcast and request one.  make sure you keep that receipt for the rest of your life also.

Re: Return kit needed

Give the 1-800-Comcast number a call, reference your old account and have them send the return kit to your new address.

make sure you keep a copy of the shipping receipt and if possible give them your email address so that there is also a digital copy, people have been having some problems lately with equipment returns, and having a receipt will make sure you are covered.
