I signed up for Ecobill a few months ago, but the last 2 months I've been receiving a paper bill instead of an email notifying me that my bill is ready. I log on to Comcast.com, and it still says I'm signed-up for Ecobill. Can anyone explain why this is happening?
Thanks!

Were there any inserts with the bills? If there is information that Comcast needs to get out to everyone ie: price changes/increases, channel changes, privacy notices, you will get a paper bill. Its not unheard of to have this happen more than 1 month in a row.
HTH!

I tried going paperless several months ago and unfortunately Comcast is so full of itself that they think you use ONLY their email and don't send statements to a normal email account. Since I don't ever use the Comcast email I was late so I had to switch back to paper. If they truly want to be Eco-friendly they should reconsider changing their policies on how/where you receive them.

You can set your comcast email to forward to another email address. I dont use my comcast.net email address and just have it forward to my gmail address.
I know, it shouldnt have to be this way, but its better than nothing.

If you don't want to forward all your Comcast email to your other address, you could set up a filtering rule in SmartZone that matches the Comcast statements and only forwards them.
