My limited basic cable charge went from $12.86 last month to $13.77 this month. We were not on any promotional price - we've the same service for 11 years. I have Ecobill and am not seeing any notice online that a rate increase was coming. Can someone tell me where this notice would be, if in fact notice was ever given?
If you view your previous bills online, you might see the upcoming rateincrease under News from Comcast. That is where I see mine on my paper bill. Look back on a couple of previous statements for it.
