I recently got my bill in the mail with a $50 charge for a failed CHSI Sik. I called comcast to complain. The representive said I would get that credited to my account as well as free HBO for 3 months. I checked online a few days later to see if the credit went through because i'm not getting the HBO. It has yet to show up on my account. I will give it another day and it doesn't show up I will have to waste time once again to call and complain. I was tempted to pull my service when the charge first appeared but when I talked to the representitive and he said they would credit it, it restored my faith in your company. However with not credit showing up on my account I am again dissappointed.

The same thing happened to me. They screwed up my bill. I called to complain, they said they would credit me some money which has not show up on my account yet. I have had cable / internet less than a month and they are already overbilling me. Great customer service Comcast.

Have you received your first bill yet? See if the credit shows on that bill, or you can call back to 1-800 comcast and speak with someone in the Billing Department again, asking about the credit.

They have not sent me a bill. They charged me for two months. Apparently this is standard proceedure for comcast. They did not prorate the first month and then charged me a late fee, even though they never sent me a bill. I only found this out by go online to sign up for autopay.
