So we are stuck. We have 2 restaurants, and one of our restaurants is closed, there was issues with the building and we were forced to close after 6 months. We lost a good amount of money with that, so now we are cancelling our comcast (along with other stuff), and comcast is the only company that doesnt get it. They said we have 18 months left on our contract, and will have to pay 75% of the bill for the next 18 months, or over 2000 dollars. We dont want to close our location, and what is upsetting is I have another business that has all comcast service, I have home service, including business internet at home, along with my other 2 owners of our restaurant all have comcast at home. I guess we will have to wait til our contracts are up on all of these, and switch over to Direct TV. I would say I am happy I saw this forum though, I now know to check if all of our accounts are auto renewal since I see thats another complaint by a lot of people. Comcast TV is great, Comcast the company is the worst I have ever seen.
