I CAN NOT ! ! ! WAIT UNTILL ATT U-VERSE BE AVAILABLE IN MY AREA.... TO SWITHCH TO U-VERSE....I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE NEW BILLING AMOUNT FOR MY X-FINITY SERVICE.... IT HAVE INCREASED MORE THAN 30 % ... OF THE PREVIOUS MONTH

You were probably in a promotion that expired. Have you called to see if they can put you back into a promo? LIke any other service they give you a promo rate when that promo rate is over you will be paying the same as you are now. Its the industry.

do not go to ATT U-Verse I tried them and nothing but problems, lost of internet connection many many many times, poor HD quality, plus on CBS HD I kept getting hissing static sound for 15-20 seconds during prime time during the shoiws, but never during a commercial, call customer service 8 to 10 times my average time on the phone either on hold or talking about the problem one hour and they could not solve the issue!! stay with Comcast
