Ok, Here's the story
So I moved from one comcast area to another and then back again (Vancouver, Wa to Seattle, Wa) Vancouver is under Oregon jurisdiction while Seattle is under Washington. Now apparently these places DO NOT talk to eachother AT ALL. So...when I moved from vancouver to seattle I was under the impression that my balance was at zero and anything that was still on my account would be on my first bill after I transfered service.
Apparently this is NOT how it works
When I transferred service back to Vancouver in October 2011 the rep told me I still had a $27 charge from before I moved to Seattle, without question I promptly paid this. I have had service since then with no troubles.
Now...I try to get an auto loan, I can't because there is not one but TWO collections from comcast on my credit!
Ok so I call...and I pay another $38 because apparently I had a balance left over from Seattle and that has already gone into collections, that collection has already been deleted from my credit, awesome.
But the other one, the $27 that I ALREADY paid in October...that company, enhanced recovery services. WILL NOT remove the report, they say comcast hasn't told them I paid, and guess what...nobody at comcast will do anything!
Now here's the kicker, I have NEVER once heard from a collections agency or comcast about this, I have been a continous customer and receive monthly billing statements but somehow they can't tell me I owe them money? Not one phone call, letter or anything from either ehanced recover services or comcast.
Can ANYONE help me? This has dropped my credit score over 150 points and I am verrrrrry angry about it.

I've asked the Comcast administrators to look into this situation.
