You need to sign in as the PRIMARY Comcast user account holder. This has nothing to do with whose name is on the bill.
Do you know your wife's password? If you do, you can sign in with her account and change your user account to the primary.
Directions on how to make the change can be found in this post:
If you do not know her password you can call Comcast and have it reset so you can sign in to it and change the primary account holder.
Comcast employees must be authorized to post in the forum in an official capacity. Employees posting here have their names in red and are designated as employees. Names not in red are customers.
This is done to protect customers and for assurance that they are dealing with a Comcast employee.
Non-Authorized Employees are allowed to post but cannot state they are employees nor can they allude to being employees.
