Hello,
I use comcast for 4 months now and have my first lost payment issue allready.
I've read in some other posts, that people asking for their paid money would get an answer like "pay again and we will search for your previous payment in the meantime".
I just can't believe that .... are they crazy? Who would pay twice for a product to a company that is not even able to handle your paid money accurately????
But what's annoying also: you call the support phone and loose minutes of your lifetime to walk through the menues just to hear at last, that your questions after payments can not be answered because it's weekend. And if you then try the mail choice you come to a stupid mail window where you won't be able to send an attachment, and not even be sure if they have your account number and know which customer you are.
After searching again and again, I found a little blue email-button on the top of the page - better than nothing - but why not in the list of their contact options?
comcast is a communication company - but not really good in communication
